Few weeks ago, Hong Kong Observatory issued the No.9 signal at evening. Many trees were broken and passengers were stranded in trains by typhoon battered the city.

      

Of course, it is an unlucky event for passenger. If I were passenger in that time, I would be angry, anxiety. Meanwhile, I relies MTR Corporation in order to ensure our safe. I suggest that MTR Corporation should precaution and use strong equipment. On the other hand, passenger should go home immediately when typhoon signal NO.8 was hoisted. I know some bodies due to saw the wind in the coastal, so they take MTR later.

  

Apart from the above, some trees are likely to be blown off. I think the reason is lack of checks and protection. Although a huge wind, I believe that good defense measures, the trees broken of figure would be decrease.

Cooking, Food and Love

Do you have cooking experience? I got an unforgettable cooking experience. I would like to share with you. Few weeks ago, I found a book which called “Dessert". Of course, this book is talking about how to cook dessert. After read it, I thought cooking is so easy. I chose one of them to take a try. There is only one step. Just put sweet potato and ginger in cooking appliances at few minutes. It seems very easy.

 So, I try to cook this dessert. First, I cut the sweet potato. Oh my God!!! The sweet potato is as hard as rock. I employed more power and bigger knife to cut the sweet potato. Afterwards, I put the sweet potato in the boiling water at cooking appliances. Then I cut more ginger in that I like hot. I was waiting the sweet potato to be familiar. Few minutes later, I turn off the stove because I don't realize how to check the sweet potato is familiar or not, I thought that was fine. I ate one of the sweet potatoes which are unfamiliar .In that case, I only put sweet potato in boiling water again. Finally, the sweet potato cooked, I can eat this. I think this is a delicious dessert because this dessert cooked by myself.

    

     

Although the cookbook shows the dessert is easy to cook, we should do by ourselves, it makes you absorb more about this.

My Learning Experience - Joy and Challenges

  We all study many years. I think we have many experience in our study. Today, I would like to share my learning experience. For me to adapt a new condition is difficult . I come from Mainland China . I attend Primary 5 at Hong Kong .First day, I felt so nervous and unhappy due to many rules at school. I remember that school is not allowed to stay in the classroom when recess. Oh my God, I was not familiar with school environment, I don’t know where I can go if I was not allow to stay at classroom. Then , I followed the classmate after with the loss. I went to the library , computer rooms and other rooms because I was lost, it make me unhappy. But this experience let me know the school environment. ^^

Another,  I  got bad academic result at my Primary school. All subjects were so bad because I can’t adapt the new condition. In Mainland China  ,I speak mandarin. In Hong Kong, we need speak Cantonese . Moreover , when I studied mathematics , I found that different steps ,sometimes I calculate right answer but teacher didn’t give me any marks. And there are many kind of homework books ,I can’t tell the difference ,so I always make mistakes.

Although, I have different experience in my primary school, but this experience help me adapt secondary school more easily.^^

My First Encounter with African Culture-Music and Dance

Our school held an activity about My First Encounter with African Culture-Music and Dance .In that day it is very hot and the activity held on the ground floor but there have not air-conditioner. The weather is too hot to join this activity.

When the activity started, we saw a men who is very special .He is a foreigner , he come from Africa. A minutes later, the host gave us an African drums, this is an interesting musical instrument, they got lovely appearance. Then, the African performance dance and asked to follow him and his friends was playing the drum. It is funny.

In an addition, the African is an enthusiast about music and invited students to dance and follow the beat, we can join them. Afterwards, he invited some teachers to dance, but teachers are shy, some teachers run to other place. At the end, he invited a teacher Mr. Wu to dance. All of students felt excited because that can show us teachers not only are brave, they also friendly and harmony. We felt more happy and relaxed. When we saw the principal coming, we invited principal to dance. The principal was happy to join this activity.

In my opinion that is a good activity with me . Originally, I expect the show may be are boring and we can see the performance dance or play drums only. As a matter of fact , this show is interesting and we can join this activity. The activity was conducted in a happy atmosphere. Moreover, I got a special experience with there. We always listen pop music , in that day we can listen difference music which come from other country ,it help me to know other country culture. This activity can help us to be relax after we had exams. In that day is very hot but this is funny activity all of us enjoy it and had a good day.
